If your benefits plan uses iBenefitCenter from Mercer HR, you can log in to your account at https://ibenefitcenter2.mercerhrs.com/Login.tpz.
The login page will look like this:
- If you haven’t logged in to iBenefitCenter previously, look for the “New Users” section on the login page and hit the “Get Started” button to register for online access.
- If you’ve forgotten your login credentials, you’ll see a “Forgot User Name or Password?” link on the login page to get things reset correctly.
- If you are still having trouble logging in, you will need to find the phone number specific to your plan and speak with a service representative.
